What do I need to login to ROS? |

ROS requires that you have version 1.5 or later the Java plugin from Sun Microsystems installed. If you already have Java installed, you can verify the version
here. The latest version can be downloaded from
www.java.com.

I am getting the message 'Page Cannot Be Displayed' when trying to access the login screen. Why is this? |

How do I set up an Agent-Client link? |

| You should contact your local tax office to set up Agent-Client links for tax heads. |

I have set up an Agent-Client link but it is not showing up in ROS. Why is this? |

| Please note it takes a minimum of 48 hours for an Agent-Client link to show up in ROS. If 48 hours have passed since the link was set up and it is still not showing in ROS, please contact the ROS Helpdesk. |
